I never get tired of listening to this. I’m so glad I was born during an era where the music was just as good as it can be! I sure hope there’s a Rock N’ Roll heaven, cause that’s where I wanna be.

    Perfect from the …
Perfect from the intro to the last note. Young musicians should watch this. Or they will end up like the garbage played on the radio and tv right now.

This song is so ridiculous! I love it!!!!!

  • jst1998 says:

    Just reminds one …
Just reminds one how much garbage we’re exposed to nowadays. MTV really did kill rock and roll… What a pleasure to listen to the real thing again.

  • vukboy says:

    Jesus! Soulful R&B …
Jesus! Soulful R&B with funky spices just can’t get better than this performance of Ike & Tina Turner’s piece from the summer of 1972. This live performance beats the studio version on Pie’s Eat It! -album. Not only Marriott shines here, so does the band and The Blackberries. The guitars work wonderfully together. And it’s great to see Marriott exchanging looks with members of The Blackberries: they all know and feel what they are doing and they are doing it together.

…a little stoned? Screw the joke RRHOF.

If I was nominated or a member I would be embarrassed, and asking my lawyer to get me off that list! Great stuff, I got much action with this band on eleven.

@ohdear1964 I heard a recent interview with Dave Davies of the Kinks and he said the same thing about Steve’s voice. The greatest.

  • steveducati996 says:

  • 5Cincinnatus says:

well that is a good …
well that is a good point . People ‘s tastes have deteriorated when it comes to rock music . The hall of fame is pretty irrelevant anyhow , I don’t even really know who is in or who is not .(except I saw Jeff Beck was just inducted this yr ,so thats one plus for them i guess)

  • BrianCulticeMusic says:

    no! NO! then …
no! NO! then you get nickelback in the hall of fame
